Founder: Sandra Bertalanffy

Sandra Bertalanffy (Dipl.-Kffr., ACC) is the founder of Crack the Cocoon®, a platform offering insights and support on transformation in professional life and beyond.

With an academic background in business and psychology from the University of Mannheim and professional training in performance from the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute and the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, her work bridges analytical thinking & creative practice.

Her non-linear, interdisciplinary and international life path informs her perspective on how context shapes thinking and behavior and how small but meaningful shifts can unlock sustainable, relevant change.

Through talks, publications, and individual sessions, she supports thoughtful professionals who want to make intentional shifts.

Her approach is reflective, practical, and grounded in individually lived experience rather than general abstract theory.
