Sandra Bertalanffy

Blending the academic excellence in business of Germany’s Harvard (Mannheim University) with the artistic depth of The Ivy League of Acting Training (Strasberg & Adler), Sandra combines strategy, psychology, and presence in her coaching practice. She is dedicated to helping leaders and visionaries forge new pathways, challenge fixed ideas, and breathe fresh energy into stagnant environments.

Sandra started her business career as Research Consultant at GfK, one of the global leaders in market intelligence and consumer insights. But this fairly measured pace environment was hardly the soil for such an innovative and curious force.

What followed was a decade long transformative immersion into the US film & art world. A deeply personal research experiment of attending Acting Conservatory in L.A. (The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute) and NYC (The Stella Adler Studio of Acting), prompted the in-depth study of human behavior and creative expression. Thus resurfacing a reformed person, Sandra rounded up her career symphony of Business & Art with a certification in art-based business coaching with the Symbolon Method® and is therefore decorated with an arsenal rich in tools from both the business world and the artistic sphere.

Now, Sandra has become obsessed with facilitating processes of change and transformations for individuals and organizations. Her efficient, solution-focused, and systematic approach has garnered truly life-changing and sustainable results for her clients.
